We will setup two RHEL 3 ( server A & server B ) , because the proxy limitation , only one of them can connect internet via proxy to run "up2date" for package upgrade , can advise if server A can run "up2date" from server B ( assume server B has already been run "up2date" via proxy ?

You can cache updates on a server. man up2date
Of course - server B could just share it's internet connection???
