Question Unused kernel modules : How to NOT load?

Hi,

I am using FC2 with kernel-2.6.7-1.494.2.2 kernel.
I have a Intel P4 2.8Ghz (HT) on a Intel 865 GBF motherboard.

I have a 80 GB Seagate hard disk and 2x256 DDR RAM.

I am fed up of seeing unused kernel modules load into the system.....

Please tell me how to stop them from loading, how to recover if I disabled an important module by mistake and WHAT MODULES TO DISABLE ??

lsmod looks like this......
Code:
[anurag@unpredictable anurag]$ /sbin/lsmod
