Uninstall Spamassassin?

I installed Spamassassin about two years ago, never configured it, and overall did nothing with it. Silly me!

I want to remove it and install the newest version. I finally have the time to configure all this stuff, but I'd prefer to start from scratch.

I know this is a stupid question, but can someone tell me how to uninstall Spamassassin from the cmd, please? I'd appreciate it.
