Trying to install AMDGPU drivers (Cinnamon, Sapphire 7800xt)

Hope this is the relevent forum, if not please just move it ...

Basically, I just put together a new system and my AMDGPU is (I beleive) not loading the proper drivers. Although I am getting a picture with a displayport cable plugged into my 4k monitor.

I think kernel supports it by default, do not need the proprietary amd driver.
But if you want to use that one you need to read the official guide.
