I need an application for keeping track of help desk calls. I'm running Red Hat 7.2. The software will be used for tracking all help desk call at a site with 200+ computers. Any suggestions?

Request Tracker is also quite popular.

Try some of the VM's at turnkey linux maybe and then see if you can get them to work with RH 7.

Might be time to consider a newer OS.
