How do we produce/obtain m3u8 from blob url by an algorithm, script, or tool or else?
Please one show the good workaround
Simple; you write the script or algorithm, or use the tool to do it.
But since you're not giving us ANY information about the system, what this 'blob' contains, where it is, how you're accessing it, etc., etc., what do you think we'll be able to tell you?? You have been a member here quite a while, so you should be familiar with the "Question Guidelines", and having to provide necessary information and asking a clear question.
It's not nice to double-post. Besides, your one-line questions are somewhere between vague and incomprehensible. Please try a little harder to provide context and examples of what you need. Ideally, in a single forum.
