"timeout" executable

Hi there. I hope someone can help me.

I'm running FC4, and I'm making system calls from PHP. I need to be able to timeout the application I'm calling in case it doesn't finish soon enough. I did some googling and found out about timeout at die.net /doc/linux/man/man1/timeout.1.html (sorry for chopping it up... I don't have enough posts to post a URL). However, my FC4 box doesn't seem to have this. Where do I get this? What do I need to install to get the binary?
