Question Theme on KDE 3.2> Why won't this work???!!!

I just downloaded and installed Baghira 0.5h from kde-look.org I got the rpm file for Mandrake linux and the install seemed to have went ok. However, in the KDE control panel, Baghira isnt showing up under the Style category. Am I looking in the right place? How do I get this to work? I'm sooo frustrated right now.

Do I have to create a "themes" folder or something in the KDE control panel?
