Text editor tilde - copy text into the clipboard

Hi,

I like the tilde text editor editor. But I have one problem with this editor: I am not able to copy text from tilde into the clipboard of the graphical desktop (KDE Plasma). Tilde has its own clipboard, that works as expected.

My question is about the system-wide clipboard.
I can paste text FROM the clipboard INTO the tilde editor using the shortcut Ctl + Shift + V, but I cannot find a way to copy text in the reverse direction (from tilde out to another editor).

I start tilde inside the konsole program. I am using Plasma desktop in openSuse 15.5.

Has anyone an idea for me?

I would search for a "mark text" feature in the tilde editor, and try the shortcut Ctl + Shift + C on the marked text.

If the tilde editor runs in a terminal window then you can use the mark and copy feature of the terminal window. Works at least for a small portion of text.

The Shortcut Ctrl + Shift + C has no effect - in other words: Using Ctrl + Shift + C in the tilde editor does not copy the selected (marked) text portion into the system-wide clipboard.

I use the program Konsole as terminal. The copy feature of Konsole is deactivated (greyed) in the edit menu of Konsole after calling the command "tilde". Only the menu item "paste" is active.

It seems to me, that there is no way to get a selected text from tilde out to the clipboard of the graphical desktop (KDE / Plasma). Alas that is for me the only reason, why I am still using pico as editor because there is no problem to get selected text out of pico into the clipboard. But tilde is much more comfortable ...

Maybe there is a problem with konsole that tilde triggers.
