synchronizing a centos repository

Hey guys,

I am hoping I can get some help with the best option of updating my local centos repository. What am trying to accomplish is kinda different from what normally happens.

I have a local repository with rpms from centos but not including all the rpms provided from centos repositories/mirrors out there. What am needing help with is the best way to keep the rpms I have in my local repository synchronized with the versionS of those on the Web withOUT downloading all the rpms from the remote repository. The ideal things will be to be able to get updates for all my rpms and any dependencies. Any help with this would be appreciated.
