switch languages

fluxbox desktop:

xorg.conf -
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/cyrillic - dir not empty

Option "XkbLayout" "us,bg"
Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle"

when i press alt_shift ->
in browser i get squares
in console - only symbols and numbers ( <./, 3463 )
