svxlink: tcl problem

I'm compiling some source (svxlink-050814.tar.gz) that I got from here, http://svxlink.sourceforge.net , and I get this error:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ltcl
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [../../bin/svxlink] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all] Error 2

The file that has the string "-ltcl", is a make file that has this line:

# Libraries external to the project
LIBS		= -ldl -lpopt -ltcl

I have tcl and devel files 8.0, 8.3 and 8.4 installed.

Any ideas?

seems that if installing tcl8.4-dev /usr/lib/libtcl.so symlink are not created.

try to do: ln -s /usr/lib/libtcl8.4.so /usr/lib/libtcl.so

and see if it helps
