That does not make Red Hat poor, but it seems to make it unsuitable (for you, for your situation, for your needs). Now, you will, of course have already noted that no one here has advised that it was suitable for your needs. After all, you haven't told us what they are, apart from dual booting, and it would do that.

Given what you said was the theme of this thread (to select one of the distros that you listed, although it takes some interpretation to work out exactly what those were), it seems odd that the answer is one that was not initially an option and hasn't been recommended to you in this thread.

why no one to answer my question
You didn't really ask a question: in English, a question would have a question mark (?) at the end of it, and you don't seem to do that (You also don't seem to be much in favour of capital letters at the start of sentences, which are also an aid to readability). You have said that you will ignore the discussion in this thread and go for something that wasn't mentioned as being an option. That might be understandable, but it is also understandable if such an approach makes some people give up on you; after all, you are saying that any effort that they have put in on your behalf, up to that point, is wasted.

This is presumably the question: Yes! (Even though I'm not entirely clear what I'm answering, almost anything will work, almost anything will be good enough to stop this thread and its waste of bits).

the question is simple. can i have dual OS like mint or ubuntu and Win XP.
Again, Yes!

Oh, and do be sure to back up your data first.

You can dual-boot any distribution with Windows.

Yes you can, if you still haven't.

Download Mint/Ubuntu live cd/dvd. Start the installation part and install it over the partitions where RedHat Linux is installed. Mint/Ubuntu bootloader - Grub will automatically take the entry for Windows at boot menu. Then you will have a nice dual boot setup. <- Was the language simple enough?

Regards.
