SUSE 10.0 & Processes

Please forgive the "windowness" still within me, but is something along the lines of "task manager" in Suse? You know when you hit "ctrl+alt+del" ... I just want to know what processes are running because Suse seems to be running a bit too slow at times, when all i have open is aMSN and one firefox window ... it maybe the ram (256) yea i know i should upgrade to 512 ... but since i dont have $$ maybe i can deal with this just by killing a few processes?

Any thoughts?

Thanks
