Suggestion Distribution for HP Pavillion / Lenovo Legion

Hello every one

I have a Lenovo Legion Notebook which i will use such an fixe terminal Pc (because its rally heavy) and a HP Pavillion Convertibal Laptop which i will use as a notebook during my study time. The Lenovo use allready a Linux Mint 19 distribution.

Now my question: Which distribution should i choose for the HP?
I want to save the touchscreen usability and i'd like to share data from one to the other without issiue (No Cloude only with USB stick ability to work on laptops for the same document (not the same time ))
