Squirrelmail autorespond pluggin problem

Hi
I have installed the autorespond plugin.
The mail forward part works with multiple addresses etc in the .forward file
My problem is with the .vacation.msg (ie Out of Office reply)

Postfix returns an error message to the sender

The Postfix program

<x@y.com>: Command died with status 1: "/usr/bin/vacation
user1". Command output: local: fatal: execvp /usr/bin/vacation: No such file or directory

Both the .forward and .vacation.msg are owned by the imap user so that is not an issue. I dont think permissions are an issue. Though I have changed the permissions to 664 keeps defaulting to 600. The forwarding works with this.

I am confused how this vacation element works with the .forward file, the entry is added:

"|/usr/bin/vacation user1"

There is no vacation file in /usr/bin???

Can anyone help?

Regards

Most likely you don't have vacation installed. Use your package manager to install it.

I am having some issues find a "vacation" package for RHEL 4 x86_64. Does anyone have a good source for the RPM

There are older versions for Redhat 7 but due to dependendies these are not compatible with versions I already have for x86_64.

Regards

You can try the vacation package from Centos, or build it from source
