Unhappy source codes for c compiler in linux


Hi,

I want source code for c compiler in linux it should have

Lexical analysis stage:
it should use lex and yacc tool.


please help me out with this I knows very less about c compiler.

Linux uses the gcc compiler. You should get it and the src using your distribution's pkg mgr.

You sound confused. Lex and Yacc are not part of any compiler; they are completely separate tools. Also, why do you want the source code for the compiler?

If you want a C compiler and tools like Lex and Yacc, look at what your particular distribution offers. The most common are GCC for the compiler, "flex" for the lexer and "bison" for the yacc-compatible "compiler compiler".
