SMTP SSL in chrooted webroot.

Code:
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: SSL: Success in /var/www/krai/class.smtp.php on line 105

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: Failed to enable crypto in /var/www/krai/class.smtp.php on line 105

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to ssl://smtp.gmail.com:465 (Unknown error) in /var/www/krai/class.smtp.php on line 105
Those 3 errors popups when i chroot my webroot dir, without chrooting it works fine and email is send.
Any fix?

It's hard to say anything without information shown about what's actually in the chroot, if you tested it works on the commandline, contents of /var/www/krai/class.smtp.php et cetera. Here's three links, HTH: [0|1|2].

I have chrooted /var/www and class.smtp.php is located in /var/www/var/www/krai/class.smtp.php.
The script works without chroot means that i probably need some libs/bins for OPEN SSL? to work under chroot.
And i have properly have gave the libs for fsockopen for HTTP and fetching images for example from other webpage is working .
And this webpages will not probably help me because i have the /var/www/ under chroot they don't.

Since nothing is shown about what's actually in the chroot nor if you tested it works on the command-line within the chroot, nor contents of /var/www/krai/class.smtp.php et cetera and since the links "will not probably help" that means I can't be of any help and it's end of thread for me.

Why do you need a content of the class.smtp.php if i already said that it works without chroot /var/www/ ?
How can i test it via command line ?
