SMB Shares on Win2k wont give me access

The directory is shared out to the everyone group with full controll. I also added administrator with full controll (which is the username/pass that I logon to the share with) just for kicks. I can access the share after entering the uname/pass twice and list the contents but I get a sharing violation everytime. I am using konqueror to access the shares.
