Slackware Network Tool

Hi There,

I'm wondering if the command line network setup tool that is on slackware can be extracted from slackware and used on other distro's?

If so can someone tell me how to extract it?

or if someone knows of a tool like this can someone tell me of that tool

i think the easiest way would be to go your local australian slack mirror http://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/slackware/

and there select "slackware source" here are all the source packages and the slackware specific build scripts. (these can probably also be found on the original authors project page)

you can use the these packages to install from source on another distro,
or you make a distro specific package for easy installation.
