Share a Mobile Broadband connection in Ubuntu

I use for my internet connection a Novatel MiFi 2200 Wireless device on Verizon Wireless. When I have it tethered, I would like to share the connection over my ethernet connection (I currently accomplish this in Windows by using ICS or Internet Connection Sharing). Is there a simple way to do this, or does it require specialized software?

Thanks in advance,
CDMoomaw

Sure - piece of cake

In Ubuntu, for example, you just go into the "Network Manager" GUI and configure your interface for "Shared connections":

'Hope that helps

I'll try it next time I am at my computer. It seems pretty straightforward.

Okay, I have gotten it to work, but I have run into some kinks. It seems that I can share my Mobile Broadband connection over eth0, but ONLY if I am disconnected from WiFi. Ubuntu seems to prioritize the WiFi connection over the MB one. Sometimes, however; I will want to share the WiFi connection. Is there any way to choose a specific connection to be shared, or even better, set the order in which Ubuntu looks for a connection?
