Setting fan speed in bios: Asus Prime B250-plus

Motherboard: Asus Prime B250-plus
CPU: Intel i3-7100

I have been looking through the Internet trying to figure out how to set my fans, but not having success. I want to set the speed of my CPU fan and the chassis fan. The chassis fan runs way to fast.

This is the infomation from the bios:
Chassis fan profile:
DC mode
Upper Temperature
Max duty cycle

Chassis q-fan control:
PWM mode
DC mode

I have a Asus X99-A and I am unable to set the speed of all fans.
It is possible to set the fan profile.

I have set the fan profiles to "silent".
