edhellaby LQ Newbie Registered: Oct 2005 Posts: 2 Rep:	Sendmail Steup in mandrake 10.1 I am a relative newbie to Linux, but am trying to configure sendmail to allow me to use sendmail from within a Bash script. I have tried to use webmin to set this up, but to no avail. I have also downloaded the sendmail 8.13.5 rpm, however whenever i execute the Build in the /sendmail-8.13.5 folder i get the following error... /home/ehellaby/Desktop/sendmail-8.13.5/libsm Configuration: pfx=, os=Linux, rel=2.6.8.1-12mdk, rbase=2, rroot=2.6.8, arch=i686, sfx=, variant=optimized ERROR: Can not locate an M4 program Making all in: /home/ehellaby/Desktop/sendmail-8.13.5/libsmutil Configuration: pfx=, os=Linux, rel=2.6.8.1-12mdk, rbase=2, rroot=2.6.8, arch=i686, sfx=, variant=optimized ERROR: Can not locate an M4 program Making all in: This goes on...... I have tried everything i know, and looked through various other posts, but dont see anything Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Ed
