Script to set the webcam microphone as fallback at startup - Mint 17.1 XFCE

Hello,
I installed Linux Mint 17.1 XFCE on my parent's notebook. They want to use Skype but I have to set the webcam microphone as fallback from audio setup every time because it loses that setting. They are not able to do this.
I would like to put some command line in some boot script so the fallback is automatically set and Skype works.
Is it possible?
Thanks in advance

it's not about "fallback": I found the webcam microphone source name (pacmd list-sources) and edited (backup first) /etc/pulse/default.pa file to set the webcam microphone as default source (set-default-source name), it seems to work
