Read the Error Message.

Problem can be fixed by reading the error message. In this case you already had a key from that host in the file in which has changed(reinstall, new key or actual attack).

Edit the /root/.ssh/known_hosts file and remove the host your trying to get to. When you try to connect again it will ask you if you want to add it.
