rpm problem and pick DB

am having a problem installing a pick database on a RH9 Server. when i start the pick install the program says that it was aborted by the user, even when i indicate Y to continue installation. i contacted a support guy and he believs it is a problem with a is with a rpm. he syas "The missing rpm might be query – have a look please". where do i find this rpm and how do i install it
