Rosegarden Sequencer problem

So I got rosegarden installed and running just fine, but just after the splash screen disappears and before the program starts I get an error message

* The rosegarden sequencer could not be started, so sound and recording will be unavailable for this session. For assistance with correct audio and MIDI confiuration, goto rosegardenmusic.com.*

I've searched for the answer both on the site and In this forum but couldn't find someone with the same problem. Could somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

modprobe snd-seq-midi should solve your problem.
