Hi,

I have a PDF document of size A4 and want to print it without missing anything using a printer that supports the standard (eg. in North America) letter size. How can this be done ?

If you are using a GUI application (especially Adobe Reader or acroread), I am sure the Print Dialog will have the option of scaling the page to fit to Letter or adjusting the margins
