Replication problem

I have setup the openldap authenication , the servers can authenicate each others,

Now , I would like to setup the replication so that the slave can take over the master server once it is corrupted , I have already follow the admin guide to setup it but still can't replicate the data , can anyone post the successful setting file in your machine ( eg. /etc/ldap.conf , /etc/openldap/sldap.conf or other required files ) for refernce , it would be greatful if you can help , thx in advance.
