To download Red Hat products, you need a support contract. Thus, they are not free. You can get a three months free contract though. Start at the Red Hat support page.
On the other hand, the Red Hat clone Centos is free. The only difference to Red Hat Enterprise Linux is artwork (logos) and the lack of subscription management.
See centos.org.
Or Scientific Linux, the Red Hat clone created by CERN.

Can you not get to Red Hat's website??? You can download and use RHEL for free...what you will NOT get is updates/patches/bugfixes/security updates or support. Which is why CentOS is better for 'free' use. If you want to know if it works, download RHEL, and you get a limited amount of time for support/updates (also free).
But honestly, it took you longer to look up this website on Google and post this question, than it would have taken you to go to Red Hat's website, register, and start to download.
