Quick question: Is Java 1.4.2 unstable in your PC?

Sun java 1.4.2 shutdown my mozilla 1.4 many times when I use quote.com's livechart java. Does it happen to all people?

I don't have any problems with JDK 1.4.2, however I haven't used quote.com's livechart java yet, I don't even know what it is

I've had problems with Java applications that were written under 1.4.1. Basically, they refused to run under 1.4.2. Some of the real Java programmers where I work have noticed the same thing so the solution we've used is to stick with 1.4.1 and wait for a better verion of 1.4.2 to come out.

Thanks for the helpful opinion. Let's hope the Sun could give us a good java runtime soon.
