[SOLVED] Qtstalker won't run

I had qtstalker-0.36 running in Ubuntu 11.04 but it got corrupted somehow. I uninstalled it using apt-get purge. I reinstalled it, everything seemed to go ok, but when I launch the program nothing happens. Being fairly new to linux I have no idea where to look. Thanks
edit: if I launch qtstalker from terminal it returns -
ASSERT: "i <= nodes" in /usr/bin/include/qt3/qvaluelist.h (376)
Segmentation fault

Welcome to LQ.

The Ubuntu 11.04 package 'qtstalker' is OK, and there are no updates
for the dependency libqt3-mt etc. http://packages.ubuntu.com/natty/qtstalker

As "" nodes" in /usr/bin/include/qt3/qvaluelist.h "" looks like rubbish,
the only thing left to suggest, is to delete these files :
~/.qt/.qtstalkerrc.lock , ~/.qt/qtstalkerrc , ~/.qtstalker/*

( ~/.qtstalker/<folders> may contain files, you want to save.)
