Problems with k3b

Hi,

I have Mandrake Linux 9.1 installed in an IBM Thinkpad 770z. My cd burner is an external Iomega ZIPCDUSB 650.

For some reason, among all the available front ends to mkisofs & cdrecord on Linux, all but k3b seem to fail burning cd's to this writer. I have (in addition to mkisofs & cdrecord) intsalled vcdimager, cdrdao etc . Also, I have set the CDDB server search parameters so that I should be able to extract info of audio files from there if available. But I can't seem to be able to use the CDDB option to include info in the cd. How do I do that in k3b???

Thaks,
AR
