Problem with rtc

I have a DL320-G4 sever with Debian 4.0. I installed asterisk and some of the driver don't work and when turn off the server I see the following message all the time until the end:
rtc: lost some interruption at 1024 Hz
I posted too this message in asterisk forum but I don't have answerd yet, so please forgive me.
