Question Problem in Run Cobbler


hi
i have problem to run Cobbler to install Fedora in network.
all of problem are Dependecy for Cobbler
i install Cheetah then install Cobbler but in "Cobbler Check" problems Found
i test cobbler in FC8 and Red Hat Enterprice4 but in both some of dependecy was not found
4example in fedora there isnt tftp and in RH there isnt yum and semanage

please say me all of dependecy that Cobbler need to run and where i can download them?
and which dist is good for that?

Your question is very hard to understand...please try to write more clearly.

You're saying that you have missing dependencies for cobbler, under FedoraCore 8. FC8 is very old...FC10 is the latest version, I'd strongly suggest upgrading. You can probably install the dependencies from your online repositories, by typing in "yum install <package name>".

You don't say what you're missing, so we can't tell you where to get it, or give any specific error(s) you're getting....

i havnt internet on that Network so i cant use yum to download package from internet.
FC10 have all of these Dependecy?
how can i do it with RH4?

Yes, FC10 probably has dependencies as well. And if you mean RedHat Enterprise Linux 4...the same way. Online repositories are fairly standard these days.

If you don't have internet access, you have two options. One is to make a list of the missing dependencies, and anything that THEY may depend on, manually download them from another machine with net access, and copy them over.

The other way is to take your machine somewhere, where there IS internet access. You'll spend far less time, and be able to do it more easily.
