Problem compiling the gtkmm hello world program.

When I tried to compile the gtkmm hello world project using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and gtkmm 3.0, I got this error: " In file included from helloworld.cpp:1:0:
helloworld.h:1:0: error: unterminated #ifndef ". Any help to fix this would be kindly appreciated.

The code I am using is from http://developer.gnome.org/gtkmm-tut...oworld.html.en and I haven't changed the code at all.
