Is there some program as "Software manager" for Slackware?

No, Slackware is mostly handled via command-line.

How to isntall tag.gz ??
I download google chrome.tar.gz and flashplayer.tag.gz and how ti install this?

Now comes the fun part: Learning how to administer a Slackware system.
I recommend to read the Slackbook now.

For installing software I recommend to have a look at SlackBuilds.org
You can also get many pre-compiled Slackware packages (like the Flashplayer) from AlienBob, Robby Workman and Niels Horn.

I also would recommend to open new threads for questions that are unrelated to your graphics card, so you will get more answers from the Slackers here.

I got carried away,

maybe like Knindza is trying to get to the bottom of the problem as soon as possible,
I was jumping over Threads even faster :-(
