porting a new driver to the kernel 2.6.32

Hello all,
Actually, I am working under linux/kernel 2.6.32. I want to port a new Wi-Fi driver ath6kl which is already exist under kernel 2.6.37.
Please, I need some help the way i will do this porting. I need the steps

Hello,
Actually, the wifi driver ath6kl is still in staging area, it's added to the kernel from version 2.6.37 while, i am using version 2.6.32,and I need to port it into my kernel under directory drivers/net/wireless.
I need to know how can I do this?the steps
I have downloaded it and I have also downloaded the git, because I have found some information below this link:

but, it's still fuzzy to me.So, I need some guide please.
