PopTop conflicting with other IP Network

Hi! With the help of this forum, I was able to install PPTPD as a VPN server. My problem is that after being connected with the network, I can ping network inside our local network but I can no longer use my internet connection.

My local network is 192.168.0.0/24 and I'm using 192.168.10.100 and I'm connected in our wireless network. Does it mean I can no longer use my exisiting wireless connection when the VPN connection succeeded?

I would also like to ask if its possible to connect to the VPN server using a dialup. The VPN Server will provide the IP address and at the same time provide you with an internet access. Hope someone can help me on this. Thanks.
