Question POP3 proxy for using SA with XP client

I am looking for a way to proxy my POP3 connections so I can run spamassassin on the incoming mail before it gets to the clients on the LAN which are running XP. The mail is hosted at my webhost which doesn't provide spamassassin. I've tried to get a program called p3scan working but it wants to be on the firewall and I don't want to do that. I may just have a configuration problem as p3scan conf file says I can do something like <pop3username>#<pop3server>:<serverport> for the pop3 logon, similar to ftp on checkpoint firewalls, but I can't and don't want to run spamassassin on the firewall.

Seems like there should be something that I can run on the LAN that I can point the clients too and then that will go fetch the mail, scan it, and deliver it with SA headers.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Drognan
