Welcome to LQ.
Whenever you are new, it is vital to read the rules before you make your first post. Also read the stickies and use the search function. This way you will stand a chance of avoiding the kind of first post you just wrote.

"Please Help" for eg. is a terrible title. For one thing it invites a lecture. Put your question in the title.

The only linux netbook from Acer is the Aspire One - is this what you have?
Your machine runs Linpus Linux-lite.

Everything is accessed through the tabs unless you use PC-mode. The trash can is accessed from it's icon.

Linpus Linux-lite

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, my netbook is the Acer Aspire One and runs Linpus Linux-lite.

You mentioned the trash is accessed through the tabs unless you use PC-mode. The trash can is accessed from it's icon. Am sorry but can you tell me what a tab is exactly, how to and what tab to select.

Am sorry I am kinda new to netbooks.

Thanks

See the screenshots?

In the simplest linpus screens, you get a row of button-things across the top. Clicking on them changes the "page". I think your default set are called "internet" "work" "play" and so on, across the top of the screen.

These are called "tabs" [better definition]. I see that the linpus tabs in the aspire one do not look much like card tabs.

Read the links I provided, look through the screenshots - some of them show you which screen to get the trash icon from. Explore the interface.

Probably you want settings > file manager ... though you could try rt-clicking the bottom panel (task bar thing) and adding a trash can to it.
