Question PHP Upgrade not Upgrading!?

I have a new server with a fresh RH 7.3 install, I installed PHP 4.1.2 with the install. I then upgraded to PHP 4.3.0 with the source. When I do a #PHP -v I get 4.3.0, but the phpinfo() from a php page still gives 4.1.2. I've rebooted and still cann't get 4.3.0 to load by apache. Can anyone help me figure out what stupid thing I am doing (or not doing).
