Unhappy Persistent symbolic links for rcx.d?

I'm trying to make a program I run (sabnzbd) a custom service on FC4.

I have made a working init script for it in /etc/init.d.

However, I can't figure out how to create the symbolic links in rc0.d to rc6.d.

My usual way of creating persistent symbolic links is to place the command in /etc/rc.local, but I believe this script is run after all others, so my links would be created too late in the boot process to be of any use.

Can anyone help?

Well, I just tried manually creating the link in rc5.d and it survived a reboot

I was under the impression this shouldn't happen. O well, I'm an idiot
