performance for just web


I want to have a web server the lighter possible, i mean, it will only just server static files through 80 port.

what things can i "clean" to get the server just worried about sending webs ?

Just run a configured apache server with the files you want to serve. Any other services can be stopped, except the critical ones needed for the OS to run properly.
