PCManFM Desktop Question

I like the PCManFM file manager, and I see that it has a Desktop mode.

But when I enable it, it creates an icon on my desktop that opens my home directory called "My Documents" :shiver: .

Is it possible for it to be titled "Home"? I tried renaming it but I can't because it says it's owned by root ().

The newer version doesn't create that annoying icon. AFAIK it can't be changed.

I wonder if the creator of PCManFM considered that having a folder called "My Documents" on their desktop would be very repulsive to many Linux users!

I also like Thunar, but its permissions setting dialog is worthless. It doesn't even let you set exec permission!
