Parition help, create/raid above 4T

Have 2 external san's connected via qlogic fiber cards. The EMC Clarion has no problems using their software to create the partitions/raid I wanted, but having a problem with the other ADTX. I have ssh x Forwarding on, thought gparted, done, but when I see the device, I use the same disklbl as the clarion (gpt), create the partition, make sure all space is set, I get a partition of 794.44. I try to reselct, say re-size but the same result.

So the 1st question is I have 2 exported lun's, same size
Model: ADTX AXRR-LP000FF (scsi)
Disk /dev/sdd: 5251GB
Disk /dev/sde: 5251GB

So basically I want to create one partion, then software raid 1 them. Any help or directions are appreciated.

Lr
