I would like to know what's the priority under which fonts are loaded. I want to know because in firefox, I set font for "Western" to be DejaVuSans, which doesn't have CJK converage. So when I visit a webpage in UTF-8 that contains CJK character, firefox uses a font called aqua , which I don't really like to use in this occasion. I have some nice font I use for CJK in /usr/local/share/fonts. How do I make firefox (or X in general) to use them when it tries to display certain page with characters not covered by default font?
In /etc/fonts/fonts.conf:
