openoffice 1.1.1 writing arabic problem


There is a proplem facing me in the new version of openoffice 1.1.1
i install it in Fedora core1 gnome interface , and i try to write Arabic on it
i add to it the arabic font and switch to arabic for writing and when i begin to writ it write just 3 or 4 letters and make all the other letters spaces
i try to make it in Fedora Core2 but it make the same thing
can anyone help me to solv this
