open source antispam server

I am looking to install an antispam/antivirus server on my centos machines which will scan emails and then deliver to my qmail server.

Are there any suggestions and recommendations to what I can use?

I would like to have a web gui where I can manage all the queue's and manage blacklists and whitelists.
