NS2: Problem with Traffic model generator VANET (static traffic model generator for ns2)

when i am trying to import move trace(.sumo.tr file) file and map file(.net.xml file) it is not being imported. This problem happen only incase of using JOSM for creating .net.xml file from .osm file (real map). But when i use normal procedure to create .net.xml file by creating node, edge and map which are given in MOVE it works fine.
